Summary
We are looking for a professional with strong coordination, communication and facilitation skills to join the Living Lab for Health at IrsiCaixa research Institute.
With the support of three EU funded projects (FoodCLIC, Foster and CleverFood), you will facilitate the implementation of community-based pilots with systems innovation and multi-stakeholder approaches to improve access to healthy and sustainable food and dietary habits in urban food environments. You will also contribute to the strategic and operational coordination of a policy innovation process through multi-stakeholder and multi-level workshops.
This position involves working closely with a diversity of community actors, local authorities and research institutions. It also requires a strategic vision, the ability to translate complex topics into engaging formats, and to support participatory processes in collaboration with diverse partners.
Candidate profile and qualifications
- University degree in one of the relevant fields of expertise or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the food sector and food-related public policies, especially in the Catalan context.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- Experience in facilitating participatory processes and engaging with public institutions and food/environmental sector actors.
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing collaborative projects.
- Strong writing, reporting, and communication skills.
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and commitment to community engagement.
